I have sent a Contact invitation to a WorkApps Registered User; where do I know if it is accepted or NOT?

All Pending and Ignored Invitations can be found in WorkApps Account -> Contacts Sub Tab -> Pending Invitations OR Ignored Invitations sub tabs. Alternatively you can also check the email from + new Button in your WorkApps account -> Contact Sub Tab -> Enter email of the user -> View Profile -> Will show you the Contact Profile details if the user is already registered else will show you an error message that the user is NOT registered with the WorkApps

Where can I see the "Ignored Invitations" and which are yet to be accepted by the employees?

All Ignored Invitations can be found in WorkApps Account -> Contacts Sub Tab -> Ignored Invitations sub tabs. Will there be a desktop Notification to the user for an Invitation & who is already registered on "WorkApps Chat"

Nope! But there is a separate Notifications app in Left Panel in the WorkApps Account. Filter out Notifications from Top -> select only Contacts -> you will see all the Contacts related Notifications in the window.

Where do I see the Official details of a Contact?

Why can’t I see an account that is already registered in WorkApps App but not in my Organisation?

The contact may have registered into the WorkApps but in different Organisation account. To confirm that you will need an email of the user, to see the profile, in your WorkApps account go to + new Button in your WorkApps account -> Contact Sub Tab -> Enter email of the user -> View Profile -> Will show you the Contact Profile details if the user is already registered else will show you an error message that the user is NOT registered with the WorkApps. If you are confirmed that that is the user; send him invitation from the bottom of the panel. He will see a notification for this in his Notifications app once he/she accepts it the contact will be part of your contacts’ list and you can chat with him

I can’t find one employee, who I know is a registered employee in my Organisation. How can I find an employee in my Contacts’ List?

To find the employee search for name First Name + Last Name in the search tab while Contacts tab is on. If you still can’t find him; go to + new Button in your WorkApps account -> Contact Sub Tab -> Enter email of the user -> View Profile -> Will show you the Contact Profile details if the user is already registered else will show you an error message that the user is NOT registered with the WorkApps.

How do I add a contact, which is NOT part of my Organisation in my WorkApps Enterprise Account?

To add a contact into your WorkApps Account; go to + new Button in your WorkApps account -> Contact Sub Tab -> Enter email of the user -> View Profile -> Will show you the Contact Profile details, if the user is already registered else will show you an error message that the user is NOT registered with the WorkApps.

Can I dial a Contact’s mobile number from WorkApps enterprise Chat account?

Yes you can! Using your WorkApps Mobile Chat App you can dial a number directly from the contacts’ list. It will use your carrier for dialing the number.
